General entry
Age 0-12 months free
Age 1-3 $15
Age 4+ $20
Weekdays unlimited time Weekends, school holidays and public holidays 2-hour sessions.

Family Pass
3 or more children $2 off each child entering at that session.

Loyalty pass
Age 1-3 $59 for 5 sessions (save $16)
Age 4+ $84 for 5 sessions (save $16)
Valid for 12 months – not used in conjunction with family pass.

General Rules

A waiver must be signed for each child entering the play centre by the adult supervising at the time. Waivers signed by that particular adult are valid for 6 months.
These general rules are additional to the entry terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and waiver details on entry. By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, you are agreeing to these terms.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult over 18. Staff are monitoring general safety, but each child must be supervised by the adult that signed them in.
Socks must be worn on all equipment no bare feet or shoes allowed.
No food or drink is allowed on the equipment at any time.
No toys or sharp instruments allowed on the equipment.
Please walk inside the facility, do not run.
No outside food or drink allowed onto premises. Birthday cakes are permitted.
Bullying or rough play will not be tolerated. 1 verbal warning will be given and then aggressor will be asked to leave if the behaviour continues.
If you or your child has been unwell within the last 72 hours, please chose another time to attend.
Children must be accompanied to the toilets by the adult they attended with.
The play equipment has been designed for certain age groups. Soft play area for children under 4. Climbing frame and jumping castle is for children 4 and over.
Please notify staff if you see anything that needs staff attention.
By entering the facility you are acknowledging that Play-O-Rama does not take any responsibility for injury resulting in participation at the playcentre and we will not accept any claims.
Any incidents must be reported to management at the time of event on that day
